When publishing (releasing, distributing, selling, or equivalent acts) works that use the sample materials provided by Live2D, an General User or Small-Scale Enterprise (annual sales less than 10 million yen) is free to use the materials (except for Unity-chan and Hatsune Miku) in creative activities for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
